"My daughters (now 15 and 18) have been lucky enough to receive the mentoring, academic coaching, and educational support of Una Malcolm over the past 7 years. Una understands that establishing trust and connection with a student is integral to a successful learning relationship. She helps them to see the best in themselves by taking the time to get to know them and hone in on their unique strengths and interests while addressing challenges effectively and thoroughly. She is able to keep them engaged and motivated and knows what drives each child to be their best. She has been such a positive influence in my daughters' lives and they absolutely adore her. So do I. As a parent of children with learning differences, she has provided me with immense moral support and guidance in navigating the school system to find the right support and fit for my children's needs. I have been working in education for 22 years and Una Malcolm is one of the most gifted educators I've ever known."
